10 Amazing Minecraft 1.20 Seeds | Java & Bedrock Spawn Codes
Ten hand-picked Minecraft 1.20 seeds for Java and Bedrock, each with spawn coordinates so you can jump straight to villages, ancient cities, and rare biomes.
These seeds let you pin down a world before you ever load it. Paste a code into the world generator and you spawn into the same terrain, biomes, and structures as everyone else using that string. The ten seeds below were picked for the Trails and Tales update, and every entry runs on both Java and Bedrock. Each one ships with coordinates so you can sprint straight to the good stuff instead of wandering for hours.
How to Use a Minecraft Seed
On Java, open Singleplayer, choose Create New World, hit More World Options, paste the code into the Seed for the World Generator field, and create the world. On Bedrock, pick Play, start a Create New World, scroll down to the Seed field, type the code, and tap Create. Both editions read the same seed the same way for terrain, but structure placement can land a chunk or two off between versions, so treat the coordinates as a guide rather than a pin.

Seed FAQ
Do these seeds work on both Java and Bedrock?
Yes. The same code generates near-identical terrain on both editions. Structure placement can shift a chunk or two between versions, so a village on Java may sit a few blocks over on Bedrock, but the biomes and landforms line up.
Where do I find the seed of a world I already play?
Run /seed in chat with cheats enabled and the code prints to the screen. On Bedrock you can also open the world's Edit screen from the main menu and read the seed listed there.
Why does my world look a little different from the screenshots?
Coordinates get you close, but small structure offsets between editions and point releases are normal. Walk the area around the listed coordinates and the landmarks should appear within a short radius.
