[SBW] Superb Warfare is a warfare mod that drops a full gun combat system into Minecraft, complete with high-quality reload and aim animations, rocket launchers, energy cannons, and fully drivable tanks, helicopters, and drones. Where most weapon mods stop at a handful of firearms, this one builds out an entire battle sandbox with blueprints, perks, leveling, and heavy armor.

A Full Arsenal With Smooth Gun Animations

Every firearm in Superb Warfare ships with crafted reload and aiming animations, so shooting actually feels weighty instead of like a flimsy item swing. The roster runs from handguns and rifles up to sniper rifles, shotguns, and a minigun that ramps from 300 to 2400 RPM before overheating.

Ammo is split into five core types (handgun, rifle, sniper, shotgun, heavy), packed into boxes and cases you store and pull from mid-fight.

Blueprints, Rarity, And The Gun Perk System

You do not just craft guns off a recipe list. You scavenge Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary blueprints from loot chests, then assemble the weapon at a Smithing Table using a Material Pack and crafting ingredients.

On top of that, a perk system lets you tune each weapon toward your playstyle, boosting damage, fire rate, and other stats. Killing mobs earns XP, and every few levels hand you upgrade points to spend.

Heavy Artillery, Tanks, Helicopters, And Drones

The vehicles are where Superb Warfare gets absurd in the best way. You can deploy tanks, helicopters, speed boats, APCs, and even sentry drones, all of them drivable and armed. Mortars, RPGs, and javelin launchers give you lock-on firepower that can crater terrain on impact.

Crafting And Customizing Your Weapons

Building a gun takes three steps. First you loot a blueprint from a chest.

Next you fuse that blueprint with a Material Pack and a crafting ingredient at a Smithing Table.

Then you customize. Press H to open mod mode, slot in scopes, barrels, and grips, and dial in your zoom with the scroll wheel.

A few firearms stand out for their unique mechanics:

• Taser applies damage-over-time shocks and runs off Forge Energy or batteries.
• Sentinel Sniper charges shots for extra punch, drawing on stored energy.

How To Install Superb Warfare

This is a Forge and NeoForge mod, so start by installing the matching loader profile. Our Forge setup guide walks through that if you have not done it before.

1. Install Forge (47.2.0 or newer) or NeoForge for your game version.
2. Download the required library mods, Geckolib and Curios API, and drop them in your mods folder.
3. Drop the Superb Warfare JAR into the same mods folder.
4. Launch the game with your Forge or NeoForge profile.

Cloth Config is optional, but adding it lets you tweak settings in-game instead of editing files by hand.

Configuring Explosions And Server Compatibility

Two practical notes before you start a world. Since version 0.7.0 the mod turns block destruction on by default, so explosions will scar terrain unless you switch it off. Toggle it with the command /sbw config explosionDestroy true/false, or edit serverconfig/superbwarfare-server.toml inside your save folder.

On the server side, Superb Warfare does not support Arclight. If you run Mohist, use build mohist-1.20.1-ab9cdbe3-server or newer to avoid crashes.

Is there a Bedrock version of Superb Warfare?

No. The development team has stated clearly that this is a Java Edition mod only, with no authorized Bedrock port. Anyone selling a Bedrock version or a paid server for it is not affiliated with the project.

Can I turn off block destruction from explosions?
