How the Blast Travel Reborn Cannon Works

Build and Load the Cannon

Start by crafting the cannon block. The recipe uses common materials, so you can set one up early in a new world without grinding for rare drops.

Once the cannon is placed, sneak and right-click it to open the UI. Three slots govern everything that happens next:

Gunpowder in the first slot sets your launch distance and speed. More powder means more boom and a longer flight.
Chains in the second slot lock the cannon in place so it does not slide when you aim.
Decoration in the third slot lets you dress the cannon up with gold, moss, or another block. You can also swap in alternative ammo like TNT or anvils if you would rather launch something other than yourself.

Aim and Fire

Right-click the cannon to climb inside. If it is not chained, look around to aim your trajectory. Press jump (spacebar) to fire, and you sail through the air in whatever direction you faced. For hands-free setups, power the cannon with redstone to launch TNT, anvils, or even another player without being inside.
