The Queen hits hard and she does not fight alone, summoning fresh pillagers to pressure you while she closes distance. The reliable opener is a ranged weapon. A bow or crossbow lets you chip her health while you manage the adds she calls in. Once she is on top of you, switch to a melee weapon and trade carefully, because her dual-sword swings punish players who hold forward without timing.

Bring a shield. Her summon pressure is the real threat, and blocking lets you reset.
A bow with Power and Infinity keeps ranged damage sustainable through the add waves.
Armor with Protection IV and a Totem of Undying in your off-hand give you a margin for error.
Clear the adds before you commit to melee on the Queen herself.

Rewards for Defeating the Queen

The Queen does not drop a custom item set. She is a concept mod, so the payoff is tuned around vanilla loot. She drops a large amount of experience along with emeralds and other configured items, so the reward for a clean raid clear is meaningful without breaking progression.
