Geode+ is a world generation mod from Team Chorus that scatters new crystal geodes through every Minecraft dimension. You will find them underground in the Overworld, buried in Netherrack, and even tucked into End stone. What Geode+ Adds to Your World

Geode+ layers new geode features on top of vanilla world generation. Every geode has three layers, an outer shell of native stone, a middle band of calcite or air, and an inner cluster of crystal. The crystal type depends on the biome and dimension it spawns in, so exploring different areas actually pays off. Beyond the geodes themselves, the mod adds decorative blocks, brewing ingredients, armor trim materials, and tall Large Crystal formations that rise out of the ground as landmarks.

Overworld Geodes

The Overworld gets the widest variety of geodes, each tied to a specific biome so you have to travel to find them all.

Pink Topaz spawns under Cherry Groves. The shell runs tuff on the outside, calcite in the middle, and pink topaz crystals at the core.

Celestite hides beneath Swamps and Mangrove Swamps, wrapped in mud and calcite around its pale blue cluster.

Lapis, Redstone, Emerald, and Diamond geodes appear across a range of biomes, with stone shells, calcite middles, and gem clusters inside.

Echo geodes generate in the Deep Dark, layered in sculk with echo crystals glowing at the center.

Prismarine geodes sit at the bottom of deep oceans, framed in prismarine with water and air pockets around the cluster.

Nether Geodes

The Nether gets its own set of geodes carrying Quartz, Glowstone, Gold Nugget, and even Ancient Debris clusters. They spawn across nether biomes with shells of netherrack, basalt, or blackstone, hollow air middles, and a resource cluster at the heart.

End Geodes

The End is not left out. Wrappist geodes generate in the End Highlands and Midlands, cased in smooth end stone with a glcalcite middle and a wrappist block core.

Decorative Blocks, Potions, and Armor Trims

The crystals you mine have real uses beyond the geode itself.

Wrappist Pedestal lets you display prized items in a floating 3D showcase, and it gains special behavior when you surround it with wrappist blocks.

Decorative blocks can be crafted from Pink Topaz, Celestite, and Wrappist crystals for vibrant building materials.

Potions and more turn crystal shards into brews. Luck, Healing, and Slow Falling potions all open up once you have the right shards on hand.

Armor trims use the same crystals as trim materials, so you can customize your gear with dazzling patterns.
